What this site uses
The top-level Nex website uses TanStack Router session storage for page scroll restoration. In our September 16, 2026 audit of the current site configuration, we did not observe Nex setting a top-level analytics or advertising cookie.
Embedded provider cookies
Our inquiry form and booking calendar are embedded from GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. Those provider-owned tools may set functional and security cookies needed to display the tools, maintain their operation and protect them from abuse. The audit observed a LeadConnector/Cloudflare bot-management cookie. We do not state a fixed lifetime because the provider controls it.
Booking widget resources
In the booking flow tested on September 16, 2026, under the current configuration, Nex did not observe Nex initiating a Meta Pixel event or setting a Nex analytics or advertising cookie.
LeadConnector's hosted scheduling widget nevertheless requested third-party libraries or resources from Meta- and Google-operated domains as part of the provider template, even without a Nex-configured pixel. Those providers can receive ordinary request information, such as an IP address, browser or device details, the requested resource and referrer, subject to browser behavior. Provider behavior may change. This statement describes observed resource requests; it does not characterize those libraries as tracking or claim that no tracking occurs.
Categories and purposes
- Session storage: remembers page scroll position during the browser session.
- Functional provider cookies: support the embedded inquiry and scheduling experience.
- Security provider cookies: help the provider identify abusive or automated traffic.
- Third-party resource requests: allow the hosted booking template to retrieve libraries or resources from provider-selected domains.
Banner decision and browser controls
The current decision not to display a sitewide cookie banner is limited to the configuration and behavior observed on September 16, 2026. Requirements can vary by visitor location and provider behavior.
You can block or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking provider cookies or storage may prevent the inquiry form or booking calendar from working correctly. Each embed also includes a direct fallback link. Browser controls are an option, not a substitute for appropriate consent if nonessential tracking appears later.
Changes that require review
Nex must re-audit this website before enabling pixels, analytics, remarketing, advertising campaigns, chat or session recording, or changing the booking provider or its configuration. This policy describes the tested configuration only.
