Program description
Nex Business Solutions, LLC. (“Nex,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates an inquiry, appointment and missed-call response messaging program. Only people who affirmatively opt in through our inquiry or booking form are eligible to receive these messages. Calling Nex or providing a phone number does not enroll you in SMS messaging.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in Nex's text messaging program.
Message types
Messages may include responses to your inquiry, responses to missed calls, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates and cancellation updates. This program does not include promotional or marketing messaging.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on the number of inquiries and appointments. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services, submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation. You may provide a callback number without opting in to text messages. The consent language presented inside our forms is: “I agree to receive text messages from Nex Business Solutions LLC, including responses to my inquiries and missed calls, plus appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not required to submit this form or book a consultation.”
Opt-out and help
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP at any time. We may send a final opt-out confirmation. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@send.nexbs.org.
Carrier responsibility
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
