Who we are
Nex Business Solutions, LLC. (“Nex,” “we,” “us” or “our”) provides smart websites, CRM support, booking tools and related business services. This policy describes how we collect, use and share information through our website and services.
Information we collect
We collect details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, business needs, appointment details and any messages you send us. Our website, scheduling, CRM and communications providers may also process technical information needed to deliver pages, forms and messages.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
- Arrange and manage consultations and appointments.
- Provide, deliver and manage services you request.
- Maintain related customer and business records.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only to help deliver our services and communications.
Text messaging
Text-message consent is optional, separate from providing a callback number, and not required to submit an inquiry or book a consultation. Only people who affirmatively opt in to our SMS program are eligible to receive messages. Simply calling Nex or providing a phone number does not enroll you. Messages may include responses to inquiries and missed calls, plus appointment confirmations, reminders and schedule changes. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP. Cookies and tracking
Our top-level website uses TanStack Router session storage for page scroll restoration. In our September 16, 2026 audit of the current site configuration, we did not observe Nex setting a top-level analytics or advertising cookie. Embedded GoHighLevel/LeadConnector tools may use provider-owned functional and security cookies, including a LeadConnector/Cloudflare bot-management cookie observed during that audit. We do not state a fixed lifetime because the provider controls it.
In the booking flow tested on September 16, 2026, under the current configuration, Nex did not observe Nex initiating a Meta Pixel event or setting a Nex analytics or advertising cookie. LeadConnector's hosted scheduling widget nevertheless requested third-party libraries or resources from Meta- and Google-operated domains as part of the provider template, even without a Nex-configured pixel. Those providers can receive ordinary request information, such as an IP address, browser or device details, the requested resource and referrer, subject to browser behavior. Provider behavior may change.
The current decision not to display a sitewide cookie banner is limited to the configuration and behavior observed in that audit. Requirements can vary by visitor location and provider behavior. Browser controls can block or delete cookies and site data, but they are not a substitute for appropriate consent if nonessential tracking appears later. Google Fonts is also loaded from Google's font service, which receives a standard resource request from your browser. See our Cookie Policy.
Configuration review
Nex must re-audit this website before enabling pixels, analytics, remarketing, advertising campaigns, chat or session recording, or changing the booking provider or its configuration. This policy describes the tested configuration only.
Data security
Our website and embedded forms use HTTPS to protect information in transit. Form submissions are handled by our CRM and scheduling providers. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information we hold by contacting us at hello@send.nexbs.org. We review these requests subject to applicable obligations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
